Hydration for Health

Hydration is important for health across the lifespan and more and more hydration science becomes available to support this.

Hydration for Health, launched as a Danone Research & Innovation initiative in 2008, supports the future of hydration science and creates tools and materials to spread awareness to advocate for healthier and sustainable hydration behaviors.

This year’s digital Hydration for Health Conference ‘From Behaviour to Health: where does hydration science stand’ will take place on June 22nd, from 15:00-18:00 CET.

The conference will focus on:

Science-based solutions for improving hydration habits across the lifespan

New findings on why higher water intake & better hydration are associated with better cardiometabolic health

Emerging science behind the impact of hydration on the human gut microbiota

In addition, 5 finalists for the Early Career Researcher Award will ‘pitch their science’ and present results of novel research that contributes to the scientific field of hydration and health.
