- Scientific Research: our collaborative efforts have resulted in 25 high-impact scientific publications, advancing knowledge in areas such as immunology, gut health, and human milk oligosaccharides.
- Congress Contributions: 23 poster/oral presentations at 12 prestigious congresses, highlighting our commitment to sharing and expanding scientific knowledge.
- Academic Excellence: 3 PhD defense ceremonies related to food science, reflecting our dedication to fostering future scientific talent.
- Innovations: several newly joint granted patents, reinforcing our pioneering work in nutritional science.
